Styling Tips

• Dispense 4-6 pumps and distribute evenly through clean, damp hair.
• Increase pumps for longer hair.
• You will want to either air dry your curls or use a diffuser on your hair dryer.
• Dry until your hair is almost dry.
• When it is dry gently scrunch out the crunch a few times.
• To avoid the getting frizz while scrunching some curlies use a little bit (pea size) of pomade on their hands.

  Unfortunately I got used to BEDHEAD's QUEEN FOR A DAY which is outstanding (but I'm sure drying like most volumizers are). This was worthless in comparison, slick-ish, oily consistancy on my hands, gave about 1/8th the volume of Bedhead's. Didn't work well for my fine wavy-boticelli type hair.

  I'm not sure if I am a 3a or b, my hair if very curly but also fine and can get greasy or weighed down by some products. This is my favorite product I have tried in this site. I get my usual curls, but it gives them a little bit more life and a little bit less frizz. My hair is still looks good on the second day, but feels a little greasy. I will buy it again.

  I love the volume this product give my curls, but I hate how it dries out my hair. I find that I get amazing volume with this product if I use it without any other hair product, however, it will frizz a bit. But I can live with the bit of frizz for the gorgeous volume I get out of it. However, I can not live with the dryness it causes. After I finish the bottle, I will have to start a new search for a different volumizing product.

  I really liked this product. It was lightweight enough that it didn't make my waves feel heavy but it also wasn't so light that it didn't do anything. Nothing like a happy medium! My 2nd day hair was a little crazy after sleeping on it but a little extra water and a little more foam made it good as new. It helped control my frizz and overall worked really well!

  Unfortunately this was an extremely frizz making product for me.Bear in mind I have very hard h20 and very humid air where I live
  now,It used to be great in more normal conditions.Is it possible some of the ingrediants changed? Will swap if anyone would like.

  This product was good the first day for my fine, wavy hair if I blow dried, but it did leave my hair feeling crunchy and it was difficult to crunch out. Second day hair was flat.

  One curl off for being slightly drying, but other than that I agree with what everyone is saying - pretty moisturizing for a mousse-type product, great definition with no crunch. I layer it on top of Curl Keeper since it is a little too light and drying on its own for my hair -- perfect for days when I need to sacrifice softness for reliability.
  
  AG is the first line of products I ever tried whose products actually do what they say they do.

  Very nice mousse. It didn't feel weird or crunchy, it wasn't as drying as other mousses I've tried, and it did volumize enough to hide my scalp balding patches(big plus). I got very nice side and back volume, but it did do the usual mousse thing--stringier curls and more stretched out curls (at least with diffusing). I like it. It's not as hard holding or frizz-busting as JoiWhip, but it FELT nicer than JoiWhip (less stickyish). I have fine hair, and to get lift and volume, mousse is my friend. If you have fine hair and want volume or to disguise scalp show-through, try this. I have pics in my MirCurls fotki account of the July 16 experiment with it (first time use). I have frizz from rough handling, but you can get a good idea of the lift that camouflaged my thinning crown and of the volume.

  I love love this mouse. It is so moisturizing and keeps the frizz away all day. I use it under a leave-in conditioner for perfect defined curls. Great clumping and curl activation. Once a again I love this product!

  I'm really starting to love this stuff! I was happy to see that it has more hold to it than a typical volumizer. I work it through, from my roots to about midway down my hair, and then layer on Re:Coil as usual. It keeps my curls near my crown more bouncy and defined throughout the day. And it doesn't fluff up as the day goes by. Gives great 2nd-day hair.

  Alone, a bit light for my hair. I do like it mixed with a frizz-fighter like Curl Keeper or a gel. It provides root lift and bounce.
