  3c/4a Hair type
  I love this stuff. This product does what it says that it will do. This product holds down my edges and I can put some more on the next day and still doesn't flake or turn white like some of the past products that I have used that is similar to this. It's also not greasy as other products that CLAIM to hold your edges in place. The only downfall is that it is pricey and I feel it should be cheaper for the amount that you get. Unfortunately, this is the only thing that works so I will continue to buy it.

  I have to be honest, I love this product. It did evrything it said it would. However, I am giving it just 3 curls. 1. Because of the price for such a small amout. 2. Because if I didn't smooth it perfectly it left streaks where I tried to lay down my flyaways. And 3. Because I found that Organic Root Stimulator makes an Olive Oil Edge Control for about $5 bucks at Walmart. I compared the ingredients and its about the same. I got the same results.

  The smell is AWESOME, but the price not so much. I use this AFTER I apply the As I Am smoothing gel and the shine I get is OUT of this world and my edges look and feel super soft. A little goes along way but I wish you got more for $22 you spend. A jar last me about 1.5 months. I use it VERY sparingly. 3.5 for price

  I have 3c hair. I love this product because it lays my hair down and it will stay that way until I wash it. As a day 2, only thing you have to do is put some water on your hand and then brush it back. Next tie a scarf on the part you applied it until it is completely dry. It the most wonderful gel I have ever tried. It does not leave flakes in my hair of any kind, not sicky and very buildable. But, before one tried this product I would suggest that you find out about what your hear type is. Everything does not work on everyones hair type. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT and will buy it again. I also have used this product it by itself or inconjuntion with IC olive olive oil gel. they both give me a shine and no oily feeling to my hair. Sample things first before purchasing it.

  Starting with the positives first. Smells good... purchase the whole Macadamia kit as I was curious to try CD's products. I don't know if I ever will ever again. The one thing I did like was the serum. I still have to try out the heat setting foam that came in the set hoping that will work. The hold & control smoother doesn't blend into my hair at all, the hold last for maybe an hour if that.( so this product does nothing it says it's for. :( this is truly a waste of money don't even bother. Out of 45.00 for this set one product does what it says it will. Ps the heat styling stay is sticky and makes everything it comes in contact with sticky. At times like this I wish samples were available I'm not rich and money doesn't grow on trees

  One of the best new products of the year! I was skeptical until I tried the sample. The effect lasted for 24 hours: moisturizing with a strong hold, yet not greasy or stiff and little goes a long way. My hair was left soft and malleable. If your hair is between 2a and 3b, just use a little. Though the container is small, the product will last a while.

  I had really high hopes for this product but I wasn't pleased with it and kinda regret buying it. I purchased this at Macy's and spent $22!!!! This is a small container also. But the main problem is that it's overpriced, overrated, and doesnt really do anything but makes my hair greasy. It holds for about 10 minutes, but after that its just a glob of grease....just there....that had no effect on my hair.
