It made my scalp super dry, to the point to where it began to flake with air drying. I used it with the same shampoo, and it didn't help. If anything I'd use it to co-wash on a day where I really didn't want to use shampoo, but idk... I might take the shampoo over this product.

I have 3c/4a hair and after using this conditioner it leaves my hair soft, bouncy and full when it's wet and dry. It does give my hair the moisture it needs. Although it is expensive I have bought this product for the third time. I really like this product a lot. I would recommend this product for 3c/4a hair types. Remember though you have to use this product as directed. This works even better when used with the CD Chocolat Shampoo. :)

Don't like very stripping on my hair, but my scalp felt good.

This product is great for cleansing my hair, however it does strip away its moisture. I usually pair it with a shea butter based shampoo to liven it up.

I didn't use this for myself but I used it on my daughters 3a/3b healthy hair. As soon I washed it out her hair frizzed up and became dry. I had to re-wash her hair with a different shampoo and conditioner to remove it and restore moisture. My hair is dry so I definitely will not be using this and I will not be using this for my daughters hair. Big disappointment being that I loved CD products I've used in the past.

Well, not a great conditionner but saved my hair after shampoo with CD's rosemary mint shampoo, shampoo let my hair dry and the conditionner restored moisture.
    Easy to detangle after that.

Prior to purchasing this conditioner, I never used any of Carol's Daughter product line. I brought this conditioner solely base on the company's positive reputation. So, I was really disappointed with Rosemary Mint Purifying Conditioner.

It was not moisturizing at all. The consistency was seemed watery and thin. In fact, it tend to dry out my hair (totally unexpected). I would have to add additional oils in order to avoid the drying effect. The only positive is the scent of the conditioner. I would not recommend this conditioner for women with 4b or 4c hair.

On of my favorite conditioners. I only use it about once a month to "detox" my hair but it works great. Love the smell, the tingly feeling and the results.

This was a nice conditioner that stimulated my scalp and gave my hair a little softness. Not my favorite for moisture.

i liked the smell and it TINGLES! i liked that :P

only had a sample packet of it, so i didn't have enough to try to detangle. i only used it to cowash.

my scalp felt fresh (the mint).
i think it would be a good cowash (as in you DO NOT use shampoo, you just co wash), but it's not an extremely moisturizing conditioner.

    Hair type- 3C/4A

I recently did the big chop. My thick curls LOVES this frizzies left when my hair dries. This conditioner makes my curls "voluptuous" and healthy! lol

The mint leaves a refreshing thereapuetic BUT you have to let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then wash it out when you start to feel the strong tingly feeling.

Nowhere near enough moisture. Created a lot of frizz and a lack of definition and curls.

Great conditioner, you don't need a lot of it and it moisturizes very well.
