This product and the Healthy Hair Butter are like Frik and Frak, the worst. It made my hair super dry and brittle. No Thanks.

Carols daughter products seem to have a bad rap. But this is one product that really works well. I use it as a hair dress rather then a moisturizer because Shea butter tends to have a drying effect on my hair. Gives excellent definition to twists and braids

I like it. I use it mainly for twist outs.

I don't know who Maruerite is but she has lost the magic, or maybe she just didn't give any to me in this jar. This did nothing for my hair. I think it actually caused it to start breaking. It also sat on my hair for a really long time and left a white cast on it.

I have 4a hair. I use this product for my twistouts. A little goes a long way and it has amazing hold. I would give it 5 stars except I don't really like the smell.

I have been using MM for about 3 months now on mine and my son's hair. I use it sparingly, while I use it as needed in his hair. He has 3c hair, while I have combination 2c/4b/4c hair. This cream has done wonders for moisture in our hair, especially his because it is always dry. It has helped my braid time go faster and easier. Rather than him having dry hair right after braiding, it stays moisturized. My scalp loves it, it doesn't feel heavy. I definitely recommend it for anyone with chronic dry hair and scalp.

A staple product for me and my mom. It keeps my curly edges smooth. I love it!

I absolutely love this product. A little goes a long way. I used it for a twist out and my hair was super defined, shiny and oh so soft. I will definitely buy this again. The key is not to use too much because it might leave your hair too greasy. A little is all you need. Oh and my daughter's hair was even more softer after 2 weeks in twists. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Some of Marguerite's Magic.

Love SOMM! I no longer have a relaxer in my hair, but am not always satisfied w my style options. SOMM softens my hair when I do a twist (what my friend calls "China bumps") and pull them out for a curly look. Love the scent too.

This one took some warming up to for me. The first time or 3 I used it I couldn't see why so many people on CD liked this. By the next week I could see why. Super moisturizing in fairly small doses. I use this on my 2nd day after I use my mixed oil spray. Great for the body of my very thick 4a hair. I definitely have to really distribute it well even when I use a small amount. But this was good enough for me to finish and consider ordering again.

I prefer the Healthy Hair Butter to this. My hair did not feel moisturized after applying this to my hair.

This cream is very dense and rich. It left both my and my daughter's hair very soft, moisturized, and with a nice sheen. I think it's best used on top of a leave-in conditioner for twists or braids.

i use this and the healthy hair butter, which is thicker, I really like CD and the butters are a new application for me. Butters are really good for 4 level hairs. I'm confused why the curlmart is talking about laveneder, but i don't see any lavender in the ingredents list, whats up with that?
