Did not work well as a detangler, but left my hair really soft. Smells good and just the right texture. Not sure if I will purchase again, but if you want your hair to be soft this will do the job.

I actually thought this was BETTER than KCKT. Reasons? Well, it actually feels more moisturizing, for one. I'm guessing its the avocado oil in this. I do admit that KCNT has more slip, and this is more on the creamy side, but it worked really well for me. I have a dense, thick head of hair and found it easier to distribute this product when applied to soaking wet hair. It works great when pair up with KCCC or KC Coil Jam. Bonus: It has a light marshmallow-y scent, not overpowering at all!

This turned out to be a very nice moisturizer. Not that I need another one but I wanted to try this out and see how it compares to KCNT. It smells like marshmellows and the consistency is similar to KCNT but silkier and more creamy. I used it over my CJ Olive & Argan Oil and under Aloe Vera Gel. No flaking and my hair was moist for a few days. I will definitely use this as a back up to my KCNT and as a refresher. I have to try it alone on freshly washed hair and see how it works out.

This leave-in conditioner did not help with detangling. I found that I had to apply more of the conditioner to my hair, in addition to spraying more water, just to make the detangling process bearable. When I finally finished, my hair dried with a producty film on it, most likely due to the excessive amount of leave-in that I had to apply in order to detangle.

This stuff is the BOMB! I've tired KBB sweet ambrosia, Kinky Curly Knot today & Giovanni direct leave in & they do not compare to the Satin Roots leave in!! My hair literally felt like satin!! & it is extremely compatiable with my Flaxseed gel mix! This is my must-have holy grail product!!

This leave-in/detangler is the business! It plays well with different stylers and leaves my hair soft and moisturized! The scent is not my favorite, however, it is tolerable.
This has become one of my staple leave-ins.

Lovely scent, and does not leave a white residue even when used with other leave-in's and stylers. Use this product underneath a styler with a "strong or extra strong hold" to prevent crunch, but have soft, moveable hair. Very creamy, and is absorbed into the hair after a while. I gave it 4 curls because for my highly porous hair, it does not get rid of the tangles or provide enough moisture alone.

I love this LI! It is super moisturizing without being too heavy, smells fantastic, and works great as a base for my stylers. Makes my hair soft and easy to detangle. Now I'm excited to try more from this line!

Loved the fragrance--like spicy vanilla! Gave me full, volumeous--but not fluffy or poofy--curls that even got a response from my hubbie! I did notice a few zits while I used this so I can't give it 5 stars, but the curl results were 5-star worthy.

Love Satin Roots Leave in Conditioner/detangler! This product makes the hair hair soft instantly, and easy to detangle. Hair is well moisturized after application and works great in conjunction with the Curly Kinks Coil Jam.

NICE! I put this on my hair and didn't even know it. After I felt how soft my hair was I had to go back and use it again to make sure. LOVE IT!! I need this in my life. Slip and softness... Why and I just now getting this?!
