Darcy's Botanicals Curl Styling Cream is a combination leave-in moisturizer and styling creme. It has a delicious cake-batter scent and will protect, soften, and moisturize your curls. Great for all hair types when used in moderation. Use to give soft, well defined 2-strand twists and braid outs or to moisturize and define your natural curl pattern.

  I like this cream. It smells like cake batter! I layer this over Pumpkin Seed Leave In Conditioner and top it with the Curling Cream Gel. It works well for my twists and keeps them clumpy and springy/curly for days. I don't have to retwist at night either. Just pile on top of my head and put a bonnet on. Then shake, separate, and fluff in the morning. It has a very thick consistency. I like this but I like the Sweet Cocoa Bean Smoothing Cream better because it's not as thick. I will alternate between the two products.

  I have only used this product once along with the Pumpkin conditioner. According to the directions you are to use a small amount. I did not see immediate results as far as "curling" but it did make my hair soft. I will try it again soon, but will probably put in a little more than I originally did. The scent is delicious-smelling...smells like cake batter! I think I am falling in love with Darcy Botanicals!...can't wait to try it again along with the Pumpkin conditioner....excellent for my hair type!...

  Just received this product in the mail and was so excited about the delicious cake batter scent! Unfortunately, the scent didn't do much of any styling. I will admit, it defined my curls, however, I wasn't sure of how much to distribute throughout my hair. A small amount just isn't enough for my thick hair. When damp, it was hard to tell where the product was distributed because i couldn't feel it. when i did put enough, i noticed white clumps throughout my hair and hoped it wouldn't show when dried (and it didn't). I just feel as though it didn't do my hair any justice. At the end of the day my hair was curly but dull and somewhat crunchy looking with no actual crunch. Just a weird combination. Hopefully, I'll discover better results the second time around.

  Hands down or up, which ever you prefer. THE BEST CURLING CREAM I HAVE TRIED!!!!!!. It gave my 4a/b hair tons of moisture and the curls continued to pop for a week, I mean 7days!!!!. I will purchase this product again.
