Love, love, love! Leaves my medium texture 2c/3a hair clean but soft with amazing slip! I almost feel like its a conditioner in my hair. It's the best low poo I've tried so far, and I'm a PJ. This was the first product I purchased after reading the book, but b4 finding this site. Based on some of the deva slamming that goes on here, I decided to try other things. I am back to this though and truly love it.

The only thing I liked about this shampoo was the smell (kinda like an orange starburst) other than that I would never buy this stuff agian. Left my hair dried out, tangled and flat

I bought this for my thick, curly hair and it was awful. I threw it out after a few uses. It weighed my hair down and made it feel greasy. Love the condition but this is a no-go.

Although I wanted to love Deva's No Poo, it is this Low Poo that is my all-time favorite cleanser ( for my fine 3a brunette hair). Cleans well without harshness. Smells great!
I highly recommend it.

Cleaned my 2b-2c color treated hair very effectively, but left it pretty dried out. Used with the DevaCare OneConditon and my hair felt like straw. Will not be buying this one again.

I love this product. It detangles well, but most of all leaves my hair feeling soft, not stripped. So far this has been the best cleanser I've come across.

I didn't buy this at Naturally Curly. My formulation is either newer or older and has glycerin as the third ingredient. It is gooey and impossible to rinse out. It sits on top of my fine 3A-3B curls and makes them flat. I am very disappointed in this cleanser. It is vastly overpriced and full of toxic ingredients.

Great, Great.....My hair loves this shampoo. It leaves my hair clean and soft. I would highly recommend.
Be aware, it's not clarifying shampoo.

I really like this Low-Poo.. I use it when I really need a clean start. Never dries out curls!

I started using DevaCurl styling products and decided to try a cleanser. I wasn't sure if I was ready to try the No-poo so I went with the Low-Poo. I love it! I love the orange/citrus smell and my hair feels clean after using it.

It worked great at first, but after a while was too harsh/stripping for my hair.

I am new to the curly movement (just started 2 weeks ago). I have always worn my curls but was always looking for something to imporve them. I was anxious about going no poo because my scalp has always been oily. I ordered this by mistake (I meant to get the Devacurl lowpoo)but I love it. It smells great, my scalp feels clean and my hair is looking very shiny. Highly recommend.

Great shampoo. My hair felt clean, but not dried out. It is awesome when combined with the conditioner.

Love this shampoo! Suzanne recommended this to me and she was right on the money. I had been using Ouidad's stuff for a long time but could not totally get rid of the frizz until now. You would think that the finishing products would be what matters most since they are the last thing to go on your hair but I learned the hard way that a good shampoo can make all the difference in the world. I tried going without this a few times and I noticed my hair was frizzy again. Not in love with the scent however it's not too bad and fades (much better then Devacurl which literally left me gagging and does not fade at all)! This stuff is extremely moisturizing and does lather up. I was expecting it to be very low lather but actually it's not to bad if you learn how to work with it. It's a great start for the rest of your routine. This shampoo sets the tone for a good hair day.

To my surprice this Low-Poo (Devacare) works much better for my some what oily scalp than the original Low-Poo. It has become one of my favorites and I intend on buying more.
The original version of the Low-Poo (Devacurl) left my hair very oily feeling just after a couple of days even if I used it daily. Not this one so much.
I like the smell of the old one better though this one isn't bad either.
Well worth trying if you want to give the Devacurl concept a try and don't have a dry scalp.

Simply amazing stuff! It is so moisturizing and detangling, I almost didn't need a conditioner afterwards. I have dry, highlighted wavy hair and my HG Joico Silk Result shampoo (which I have repurchased about 6 times and have never repurchased another hair product with that frequency) now has some competition. I used my sample from beaglecookie once and was immediately hooked and bought the full size a couple days later, without bothering to finish the sample. The first time I used it, I thought it smelled like baby aspirin and found it interesting that someone on the boards said it the same thing. This person said the DevaCARE low poo smelled like St. Joseph baby aspirin. I normally don't like the smell of aspirin but somehow it works in this context. I will definitely repurchase this miraculous stuff! Highly recommend.

Great shampoo. Moisturizing and cleansing. Smells amazing! Like orange blossoms.
