A lot of people seem to hate this and I think I know why. All of the negative reviews seem to all be similar and I think it is mostly because this deep conditioner acts like a serious protein treatment. So some saying their hair was hard, dry, lifeless etc may have suffered a protein overload or sensitivity while using it. I am protein sensitive but I still need a boost approx. every 6-8 weeks. As some have said it was hard to apply, however I am sure to use this on cleansed hair after I have used the One Condition then it is easier. As for it being hard to wash out and leaving a film I have not experienced this I do apply heat but I keep it on for short time frames to be sure not too much protein enters my strands. And as for the smell, well, to each his/her own :) Overall when I use this product according to what my hair needs it is amazing and revives my curls every time!

I must have the wrong hair type for this product because I cannot get it to work in my 3C/4A low porosity coily hair. A stylist at a salon I visited used it for my wash and go as a leave in and my hair looked great. I have given it multiple tries at home and my hair does not feel moisturized and it leaves a film.

Great moisturizing treatment. I had no access except drugstore conditioner for a month and a half, and didn't even realize how brittle my hair became until I put this in for about 20 minutes. Softened waves by an order of magnitude, but the price bites. I haven't used it with heat, only with a plastic cap but it does work.

Great moisturizing product for low porosity hair. Most people do not use Deva products properly to begin with which is probably why there are so many bad reviews. My first time with Deva products, I gave them all 1s and 2s on the ratings. The second time around, I know how to use the products, and they are amazing. For those of you having trouble with No-Poo giving you dandruff and etc - Try the Low-Poo instead, or alternate them. No-Poo is like a co-wash and for many curlies, especially low-porosity girls or women who secrete lots of sebum, it can make your roots greasy and it may not remove all the build-up, especially if you are mixing product lines (which I don't recommend when using Deva products). It will also cause build-up if you do not rinse out the No-Poo completely because the No-Poo is meant to be a shampoo replacement - You would not leave shampoo residue in your hair so you should not do the same with No-Poo. Back to this product: My stylist recommended it and I love it. It's done wonders for my unruly, dry canopy of hair that needs moisture in order to retain the 2b/2c curl pattern I have everywhere else. Extremely happy with Devacurl this time around. It took a good month to figure out the products my hair likes and to learn how to use them - My hair desperately needs moisture because it doesn't readily absorb it, so I literally apply all my products in the shower with soaking wet hair.

I was shocked to see the negative reviews of this product. It is almost like someone is describing an entirely different product than I've been using for years. Makes me wonder if some purchased counterfeit versions (I have had that happen to me, but not for this particular product). My hair is mostly 3B with some 3C areas. It will drink up as much conditioner as I can throw at it. I use Heaven in Hair 1-2 times per week instead of my normal conditioner. On weekends, I'll apply it after washing (I use Devacurl's NoPoo) and wrap my head in a towel, leaving it on for at least an hour, then rinse. My curls are always nicely defined, conditioned, and soft afterwards. I do rinse it out thoroughly, then add my usual styling products (all DevaCurl). About once or twice a month, I may use a macadamia nut deep conditioner instead of this one to add even more softness and moisture. But this product is the absolute best deep conditioner I've found, at least for my hair. I've also not found this product to be irritating to my scalp, and this is coming from someone who has not been able to use scented soap, body wash, lotion, deodorants, or cosmetics since my teens (I'm in my late 50s now). Everyone's chemistry is different though, so what irritates one may not irritate another.

My hair type is 3A/3B, unfortunately the product had a bad effect on my scalp, it became itchy, sensitive and dry, after using Deva No-Poo then Deva one conditioner plus Deva heaven in hair on a weekly basis, i lost the curls' definition, hair and scalp became dry itchy and painful in some spots. Smell is strong and bad, it is peppermint with turkish rose, unfortunately was irritating for my husband and myself. price is expensive as well :( any suggestions girls! which products can be less strong and more natural for my hair type?

I have 3c/4a hair and I am in love with the deep conditioner! It has the best slip, it moisturizes my hair very very well and makes it soft. I love the smell, and it making my hair healthier everytime I use it. This is my staple for sure. Very very moisturizing for me

This really works as an intense moisturizing deep conditioner on my 3b, low to medium porosity with build up issues curls. No build up with this, or with most deva curl products, but intensely soft curls one would kill for. I can make my hair look nice with other products but nothing makes iit feel so incredibly touchable like this deep conditioner. Love it.

I really like the product, but have to use it in a very specific way. My hair is 3A, fine and thin. I put it on with my hair dry (or it just slides off because I have a tight cuticle) and let it sit for a good 20 minutes. If I can, I put a shower cap and warm towel on my head while it sits. Then rinse with lukewarm water.

I am totally, 100% IN LOVE with this stuff. I have baby fine 2b/2c high porosity hair. I am VERY easily weighed down by too much moisture and have never had need to do a deep conditioning treatment. But based on the reviews, I thought I would give it a try as it seemed to act more as protein treatment rather than conditioner. this product made hair fulller and curlier with virtually no product. It was soft, defined, bouncy, and I suspect had I taken the time to put gel in and actually style it I would have gotten some 3a curls. If your hair needs protein, I would give it a try!

It's ok but for $25 it should be a lot more than just ok! Smells pretty gross, and has a glue-like texture. It was hard to rinse out of my hair and made my hair have a lot of knots. I will finish the tub because it cost so much but I won't buy it again.

First time I am writing a review for any hair product in my life and I LOVE this stuff. Very thick, type 2b/2c hair that hates being blown dry and tends to dryness/frizz rather than nice curls. Sylist recommended I sleep in this overnight (wrap head in plastic) the first couple of times in order to see a difference. She was absolutely right. My hair loved it. Soft, shiny, happy curls when I rinsed it out the next morning. I've found I don't even have to use any styling gel at all the next day to have beautiful hair. To say I am amazed is putting it lightly... I do an "overnighter" about once a month now. The rest of the time I just leave it in for as long as my shower lasts.

The only reason I am giving this product one curl is because there isn't an option to give zero curls. DevaCurl Heaven in Hair easily one of the worst products I've ever used. My hair is long, curly and thick. Trying to work this through my hair was like trying to smear glue in my hair. I kept it on for the full 40 minutes, when I rinsed it out I had a tangled mess that felt like straw. A day later and my hair is a dry, matted mess of frizz and my scalp is dry and itchy. Not impressed. Thank goodness I can return it for a refund.

I am a fan of Ouidad's deep treatment (or I was..haven't used it in about 5 years due to price) but thought I would give this a shot since it was half the cost of the other. I liked that a little went a LONG way, but honestly, I didn't notice a difference at all. In fact, when I ran my fingers through my hair while still in the shower, my hair had a "rough" "shredded wheat" feeling to it.

I am all over the board type wise....2c/3a/some 3b with normal porosity (some rough/kinky hairs...others fine).

It works great! A little hard to run through your hair when your hands are wet (it almost repels that good or bad?) so I recommend applying to your hair with dry

But it moisturizes my hair really well and it does the trick when my hair is starting to become straw-like or too dry.

This product is the best! This is a very universal product. It can be used as a styler, a leave in, or just your regular conditioner. When using this product as a styler one must know that all you need is the amount you will pull out of the jar when you dip your pinkie finger in. When using it as a leave in conditioner, I like to no poo and one condition then towel dry with a deva towel and put a decent amount in to leave in over night and sleep with. You do not have to use your one condition if you are doing this but I like to for the fact that I just got out of beauty school a year ago and have REALLY color damaged hair and I LOVE the moisture.

I only use the DevaCurl line and this particular product was awful on my hair. It didn't give my hair moisture, It dried it out and It did nothing for my curls, instead it made my hair go limp , straight and frizzy. I have thick 3b/3c hair and it didn't like this product. Will never buy again.

I tried this product as many ways on my 3b/3c, medium density, medium porosity, normal width hair that I could think of. I followed the insturtions once and ended with very strengthened, but not softened hair. All of the other ways that I tried the product gave me hard, tangled hair. The only hiccup that I have found in the line.

I like this a lot, but actually have not used it as a deep conditioner. I use it as a leave-in styler before my gel. It works great with DevaCare Arc Angel. I coat my palms with it and work it through my hair. I learned to use it this way from my hairdresser. It seems to make my hair a bit clumpier and curlier. I repurchased once in the large size because I like the way my hair looks when I use No Poo, One C as a rinse out, this, and then the gel.

I absolutely love this stuff. I have been using it for over a year and haven't had any problems. My stylist does it and I get a blow out every other week. My hair has grown so much and when I do decide to wear my hair curly I still have lots of curl and they feel so soft. I use it on my daughter hair who has kinky hair and keeps it nice and moisturized. It does not weigh my hair down and I have very fine hair.

Type 3B/corkicelli here. I was nervous after reading some reviews, but I'm beginning to believe the "bad batch" theory because I love this stuff. It truly is heaven for my hair. Noticeably softer immediately. Smells great. Easy to apply. All a girl can dream about in a product and more.

Four curls because it is a bit spendy. I wish DevaCurl would do some type of rewards card... buy four products get the fifth one 25% off?

I bought this at Ulta the other day. Good thing it was Ulta so I could RETURN it!!! HORRIBLE! I have fine 3A/3b hair and not only was it NOT moisturizing in the least, it made my hair feel like straw. I used it yesterday and today my hair feels coated and gross!!! I'm off to wash it out and start over with something else.

I don't have any damage, no color processing and generally my hair is pretty normal. Currently, my hair has dryness mainly due to the winter climate and all of the indoor heat (I'm in NY). So, I'm not someone who needs serious moisture repair and was looking for a miracle in a jar. I do like to pamper my hair when the cold months kick in and I get a frizz halo. That being said, I use only DevaCurl products and man was I unimpressed with Heaven in Hair. I paid $25 for what exactly? No difference at all. Save your money and use Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose Moisturizing Conditioner.

I left it in for at least 30 minutes and I even used a processing cap and a hair steamer. It was easy to apply, but in the end there was no noticeable difference in the level of moisture or softness of my hair. It might be because my hair has low porosity, so even with the steamer it somehow just didn't take. I think other hair types and porosity levels would have a different experience than I did.

This is my absolute favorite conditioner. It truly works miracles on my fine 3a hair. Once a week I take a small amount (teaspoon or less) and apply it ends first as soon as I step out of the shower. As long as I use no other products with it, this works perfectly and my curls stay soft and well defined for days. It is also great as a rinse out deep conditioner if you prefer.

I love this stuff! I have been using it once a week and it has done wonders for my hair. I recently started CG, and my hair was (and still is) under-moisturized and frizzy. Once a week I wet my hair at night, put a generous amount of this in my hair, and leave it in for half an hour. I haven't done it with heat or any hood/cap, I just leave it in my hair while I go about my business. Then I get back in the shower, co-wash to really rinse it out (I feel like it is a little difficult to wash out), and then put on my leave-in and go to bed. The next morning, my hair is so soft and my curls (after wetting & styling) have increased clumping and less frizz. I don't know how this product will continue to work as my hair becomes healthier and more moisturized, but it has been a great starting product for me. I deducted one curl because I really hate the smell. It is very strong and perfumey, and gives me a minor headache if I think about it too much. My hair also ends up smelling faintly of it the next day, because the smell is very strong.

LOVE Heaven In Hair! I have been negligent of my curls for a while now and this product has really helped put great moisture back into my curls. Just be sure that you use as directed! I wouldn't recommend this as a leave-in except for a very little but mixed with One Condition and then diluted before drying. For me, Heaven In Hair was an answer to my prayers!

Terrible -Terrible! Don't understand how some people do well with this product and others like myself have a very poor outcome. My thought is something is wrong with some of these conditioners. Deva Chan should take notice of these complaints maybe a bad batch got out? Anywho... This terrible product turned my healthy 3c-4a curls to a matted Brillo pad- like EVERY BITof moisture and oil was stripped out! I have been spending the last few days doing hot oil and deep condition treatments using a heating cap and sleeping in oil and a conditioner. Finally my hair feels "almost" normal. I expect to continue these treatments for the next few days.

Only buy this product if you want to gamble on your hair! Shame you Deva Chan!

I've been using this deep conditioner for a couple of months now. I like this deep conditioner. I started using this as I began the CG method several months ago. I use this product by putting it in and sleeping with it overnight or using with a heat cap or under a bonnet dryer. This is as good as other brands I've used in the past. I gave it four stars because this product is a bit pricey (although no pricier than other brands of deep conditioners I've used).

This is a great DT or leave-in for my fine 3B hair. Like others, I do sometimes find that after I rinse out this as a DT, my hair feels kind of straw-like in the shower . . . but if I just go ahead and apply leave-in (Knot Today, or something like this) and my styling product (I'm loving SheaMoisture Smoothie right now), my hair dries soft, bouncy, and moisturized. (I get a similar response from my hair when I do a protein treatment. The way it feels in the shower does not govern how it'll feel when dry.) Great to sleep in with a shower cap over the top. This is also a great leave-in on my hair; because my hair is so fine, I can use a tiny drop (nickel-size) for my whole head. 4 stars instead of 5 because it's so $$$, though if you buy the larger container, you're paying less per ounce; and a large one lasts me a good long time.

I was not particularly impressed with this conditioner. It did not remind me of anything heavenly. As a matter of fact, the smell is quite hell-ish. I didn't find it to be moisturizing and when I rinsed it out my hair felt squeaky and kind of hard. Luckily, I happened to get this at a great discount because the DevaCurl website made a mistake at pricing. I paid about $7 for this jar. I can't believe it's priced at $24.95 because I don't think it's worth even the $7!!! I gave it 2 stars because I love Lorraine Massey and her Curly Girl Method.

this worked okay as a rinse out conditioner. it's definitely not moisturizing enough for me as a deep conditioner. i also tried to do conditioner-only styling with it. not heavy enough to provide any type of hold.

on application, it did not have near enough slip and felt sticky. weirdly, it smells exactly like the old creme of nature shampoo. will not repurchase.

I really like this conditioner! I have used it as both a deep conditioner and as my leave in, both ways were phenomenal. As a deep conditioner I noticed that my hair is noticeably softer and shinier after it is rinsed out. I can really see the difference when I apply the Angel. I needed less product to achieve the same look I usually get. As a styler it has been absolutely amazing! I have loose 3c curls (curls are a bit larger than a pencil but not quite as big as a sharpie) and I had heard that for tighter curls at the salon they often use the heaven in hair instead of (or mixed with) the One Condition. Because I have had such great results with the One Condition I didn't really think this was necessary. However, after seeing several ladies on Youtube have wonderful results using it in this manner I decided to try it. My hair felt extremely soft, had amazing shine, and (most impressive to me) I had well clumped, defined curls. I will have to use it this way a few more times but I think this might replace the one condition in my three step. However, even if it proves not to yield consistent results as a leave in, it is still a five star deep conditioner.

My curls are normally 3b, but with the winter and coloring, they're more of a 3a. This DC is surprisingly curl enchancing. When I was rinsing it out I could already feel how much more curly my hair was. It dried so springy and ringlety and bouncy! It left my hair soft and smooth too. At first I didn't care for the smell but it is growing on me. My hair likes proteins and oils and heavier products, and I actually really loved this. This will definitely be a staple for me.

I was a bit skeptical in using this after reading all the reviews on here, but Im soooo glad I tried it anyway. I have 2c dry, crunchy, chemically zapped hair that loves moisture and this product was really amazing! I applied it on freshly cleaned hair (I no poo) and put on a plastic cap and sat under the hair dryer for about 5 min. (not the 10 recommended as I was short on time) I followed with a cold water rinse and applied some of their styling creme after towel drying. I don't like some of the other Deva Curl products, but this combo really seemed to work with my hair. My curls are defined and surprisingly soft for once.

I love the No Poo and Conditioner but this product left my hair dry, damaged and much worse than when I started. I contacted customer service and two weeks later received a soft reply telling me to combine with AnGel. I used Heaven in Hair 3 times, the last thing I want to do is use again. Recently had almost 4 inches cut off to remove the irreversible damage this product did to my hair. Very disappointed.

Heaven in Hair? More like Hell, What Happ'nd to my Hair?!

Complete loss of curl/waves (Turned into 1a hair, that looks like it needed a good combing)
    Hair felt sticky & mangled
    Made my hair triangle out
    Weighed it down heavily
Separated my waves into 1/16th of an inch in diameter rather than the jumbo chalk-size it should be

    Made my hair look shiny

My hair is slowly getting healthier, but it's still very dry and damaged. I think this deep treatment will work well when my hair begins to retain moisture better, but, at this point, I think this is an odd product. It feels creamy and soft in my hair (and it smells fantastic), but when I rinse, my hair feels quite dry, and it tangles, and even knots in a few places. I've been using One Condition or Kinky-Curly Knot Today as a leave-in, and they seems to be what my hair needs now. After reading reviews, I'm going to try HiH as a styler, because I like how my hair reacts to it before its rinsed.

This is a great deep conditioner. It's a good detangler, and it always leaves my hair feeling really soft. I often style with it on non-wash days--I take a dime-size amount, run several drops of water in my hands and run them through my dry hair and it helps re-set my curls and give them shine and moisture.

I withheld a curl because it's really too small a tub of conditioner for that price.

A stylist hipped me to the fact that this product can be used as a 3-in-1 leave in, styler, and conditioner. now that I know THAT this is a great product because it cuts down on steps and number of total products! just apply, style, leave in and ROLL!!!

I love the way the product locks in the moisture, I recommend that you use heat like the Hair Therapy Wrap (its a no fuss tool to infuse moisture) with the conditioner for the best results.

I have purchased this DT at least 3 times. I have also tried CJ Curl Rehab and JC Weekly DT. I prefer the DevaCurl, the other DT's seem to coat my hair and never seem to fully rinse out, thus weighing my hair down. The Deva is not as heavy as the other two but seems to work better for my 2B hair. I try to DT one time a week for about an hour. Smells great but doesn't linger after you rinse out. I purchase from Ulta or Curlmart and will continue to do so even thought the price is too high.

I like that it feels slippery, but it's not as creamy and moisturizing as I expected it to be for a deep conditioner. It also leaves my hair very tangled. Not fun!

I bought this at the recommendation of my stylist whom I normally trust. This was so bad, I don't think I'll ever try another Deva product because of my experience. If I didn't live really far from my salon, I would have returned it. I don't know how a conditioner can make my hair feel less moisturized after use. It's a mystery for the ages.

In short, total crap. Overpriced crap, at that.

The first time I used this it was wonderful, my hair had alot of slip and smelled fabulous. I then used it about 3 weeks later and it made my hair like a dried mat. Had hard time getting a comb through wet hair and ended up rinsing again and using Biolage Cond Balm to start over. Not sure why it would react this way, want to try it again since I paid so much, but am afraid. My hair is still not feeling normal after washing.

My hair was frizzy and dull after I came back from my Mexico vacation. The sun & salty sea water ruined my hair. I can't tell you how grateful I am to this product for helping my curly hair looks soft & shiny again. I am using the shine serum as well.

I really like this stuff. After using it, my hair feels super soft and hydrated. I like that it's thick and coats my hair well. I detangle before using and leave it on for 45 minutes or more. The smell is okay. And the price is not so fun... so I only use it every now and then instead of regularly.

This stuff is great! If I leave it in for about an hour, then wash it out my curls are SUPER defined, elongated and moisturized! I'll never stop using this deep conditioner :)

This product left me disgusted with my 3b curls. They were dry, limp and looked more like someone had tried to give a scarecrow curls.
Thank goodness I bought it from Ulta and could get an immediate refund for this garbage. Ick!

My hair is 3c texture with a good amount of 4a in the front edges and sides. My 3c textured was very moisturized and my curls popped. However, my 4a texture was left extremely dry and tangled- the absolute worse! I had to go back over with my Knot Today and detangle for another 15 minutes.

I have never used a product that made my hair so dry and brittle. I left the product in for 30 minutes and then rinsed as the directions stated. Afterwards I could barely comb hair. A $2.00 bottle of Suave or V05 conditioner would have provided more moisture. Do NOT waste your money!

I had such high hopes for this product, I can't believe I spent $30 on it. The process of applying the product was terrible, I couldn't run it through or even get the comb through it. I felt the product just sat on my curls as opposed to penetrating them with moisture. Once I washed the product out my hair felt cluppy, tangled and very very dry. I would not recommend this product to any one with curly kinky coily hair IT'S DARN RIGHT HORRIBLE!!

I like this product alot but more as a leave in as recommended by my stylist. I use it in the shower when my hair is soaking wet. Then a little Arc Angel and viola! Nice big soft curls! The only drawback is that it is expensive to use like this everyday.

I'm not sure how I feel about this yet. I've used it twice and it hasn't made my hair worse, but I guess I was hoping for major results?

I'm not crazy about the scent, but it is helping to keep my curls from looking dry.

This product has done nothing for me. Every time I've used it, my hair has felt stringy and hard. I haven't even finished the jar because it seems pointless. It definitely didn't add any moisture to my hair. I felt like it just sat on top of may hair instead of penetrating like other conditioners I've tried. I also don't like the smell. I will never buy this again.

This is the best deep conditioner that I've ever used. The first time I left it on for about 30-40 minutes and my hair was luscious! The second time, I kept it on overnight and the next morning, my curls popped like never before, were shiny, bouncy and felt incredibly moisturized. I love this stuff!

Very nice deep conditioning. My hair is soft and healthy feeling after use. I usually use it once a week at night so I can just rinse it out and let it air dry without any other products put in. I think that helps make the product work better.

This left my hair feeling kinda fluffy, like doll's hair. I didn't notice any difference in the shininess or moisture level of my hair, in fact I think it is duller. And it made my scalp itch and slightly burn all day long. I'm taking mine back :(

Wow! This product really added moisture to my locks! I used a shower cap and then a hair therapy wrap warmed up and left it on for about 45 minutes. I did this not long before going to bed, so my hair was still damp, but when I woke up, my curls were the most defined and shiney than they have been in ages. My hair type is 3B

I don't think this stuff is terrible, but at the same time, I don't think it's fabulous either. It doesn't dry my hair out like some of the other experiences I have read, but it definitely doesn't moisturize as much as I would like. Actually, I prefer to use the DevaCurl One Condition as a deep conditioner.....

This is my go-to product with the amout of moisture it gives the hair is GREAT! Here is a tip for more of an intense treatment. Wet a hand towel squeeze excess water then place in microwave for 2 mins. wrap around the hair and leave it in for 15 mins then rinse.

This is my holy grail deep conditioner and I absolutely love it! I first wash my hair and then towel dry it. Then I cover my hair with plastic wrap and a hot towel for 30 minutes or longer. My hair is soft and moisturized when I am done. I have 3b hair.

Add me to the Hell in Hair team. This product coated my hair and stripped it of moisture. I thought it was a joke. My hair was so dry and tangled that I immediately put what was left of that $28 container back in the bag and drove it back to Ulta for a full refund. I have never had anything destroy my hair like that. I guess it's not for 4A curlies.

I have damaged hair. I was using cone laden products to make my hair feel healthy. When I started using the DevaCurl line, my hair tangled so bad! Even after one use of Heaven in Hair it still didn't help. So I decided to leave it on for 5 hours. When rinsing it did still tangle. I expected that since my hair had been wet for 5 hours! The cuticle is going to swell. After rinsing I could see how shiny my hair was, even while wet! The next day when I used my No Poo and One Condition I expected tangles. To my surprise, I had NONE. My hair finally had the moisture it needed, thanks to Heaven In Hair. If your hair is tangling really bad, try leaving it in for 5 hours. :)

I would give it 5 curls, but it's really pricey...A little goes a long way, but still...

I have NO idea who this product is working for, but it sure doesn't work for me and my 3c hair. Not at all. I MUCH prefer Miss Jessie's Rapid Recovery to this thing. For me RR actually does what it says on the jar. Heaven in Hair was more like Hell in Hair because it actually managed to make my already rough and coarse hair even MORE rough and coarse! After I rinsed it out, I had to slather my standard savior, Giovanni Magnetic Restructuring Conditioner, all over my head to counteract the "damage" it had done. I do not recommend this to any 3c, 4a or 4b. Don't waste your time and money!

This has to be one of the most drying products I have ever used on my hair. I can't tell which ingredient I had an issue with, but this left my hair dry, matted, tangled, and feeling stripped. I had to do two other deep treatments to recover from this.

It's strange since the ingredient list looks good on paper, but it was a disaster in my hair.

Amazing. I just used this after experimenting with my own recipes whose conditioners didn't do the job I wanted them to. This worked brilliantly, I add though to it, coconut oil, rosemary oil, aloe vera oil, shea butter oil, olive oil, jojoba oil and almond oil and the results have been stunning. My curls are more alive then ever before!!!!

The WORST product I have used in my hair in a very, very long time. I have type 3c/4a curls that are very dry, thick, frizzy and fragile. I have just finished applying this to my hair and it did absolutely NOTHING to it! I am so disappointed because I spent $30 on this product! This is not hydrating enough for my hair. It just sat on my hair and left this coat of product on it. It did not absorb in my hair and rather made it feel weighed down and dirty. This is the FIRST and LAST Deva product that I use! Am left with stripped, tangled, poofy hair. Never, ever again!

this is the only conditioner that when i use it after i get my hair roots touched up, makes my 2c/3a hair great! shiny, soft.... i use it per the instructions after a hair color. then once a week, i dampen my hair with my fingers, then apply the heaven in hair, put a shower cap over it, and let it stay in for about 1/2, then no poo and one condition.
