This is a VERY thick conditioner. It would be really hard to spread this conditioner throughout all the hair because it is so thick and has very little slip. Despite this I love the conditioner and it has become a mainstay in my routine. I use it on days that I cowash and my scalp is feeling really grungy. I only use it on my roots and scalp and I really rub it in with my fingertips. The tea tree and peppermint really help to get my scalp feeling clean on days when I don't use a low-poo.

I don't know if I should write a review, because actually I have a question. Is it normal that this conditioner is extremely thick? I tried to shake it, and it would not shake, because it's hard. The content looks like butter. It won't even pour out of the bottle.
Why make a conditioner that is so thick that it does not pour out, and put it in a bottle?
So I did not use the product because I thought or think that it is rotten, or it expired? I really don't know, but I hope I can get more clarity about it.

This conditioner makes my hair feel clean and renewed and feels great. The only problem is that the conditioner is really and i mean REALLY thick i think i got a solid conditioner instead of the creamy one but other than that, this is amazing!

This product is great. First, I love the smell. It is mostly mint - I didn't really notice a tea tree odor (which I do not really enjoy). It gives a very nice, fairly intense cool tingle of peppermint that lasts for a little while after my shower. I lost a lot of hair last year due to treatment for a really serious health condition, so I am always looking for something natural to boost hair growth (I am hoping the extra blood flow to my scalp will wake up my follicles). I did not expect miracles from this product but it might just give me one. I have never been able to really do second-day hair because I exercise every day and so my roots get oily/sweaty while the rest of my hair gets dry and frizzy. So I generally cowash every day. I used this as a rinse-out the first day and it didn't have a lot of slip (but enough to detangle) so I thought my hair would be dry by the end of the day. Not so! The next day it still felt and looked good. What? I used it as a cowash and it worked well for gentle cleansing. Then I attempted second-day hair. I can't believe my hair is not dry and frizzy - I was able to refresh the curls and use a dry shampoo for the roots and so far it is working. This might be a game-changer for me. The only ingredient I don't care for is the phenoxyethanol, but the ingredients are very good/clean compared to most products on the market. And the price is good too. This is a new fav for sure. Try it!

I love that this is natural product and it smells amazing. I used it to co-wash with pretty good results but they could have been better. It didn't do a great job moisturizing my hair as other conditioners have but I love the tingle on my scalp.

This product was great for me. I used it in the shower and it provided a great sensation to my scalp and help detangle. I ran out and bough 4 more bottles. This is now a staple product for me:-).

i'm pretty bummed that CurlMart sent me a sample of this conditioner with my last order because i tried it, loved it, and now i have to buy it!! it didn't "feel" moisturizing or exceptionally detangling (products that do seem to leave my hair feeling great to the touch but appearing weighed down). this made my fine, dry hair look fabulous: soft, bouncy, and shiny, with well defined waves & curls!!

This product wakes my hair (and senses) up, leaves my curls feeling soft and bouncy, and makes me feel like a fresh peppermint!

It wasn't a horrible nor a great conditioner. Didn't moisturize well.

Again, loved the cooling sensation for a bit of Texas relief. I think this was good for my fine curls too. Wouldn't be an everyday conditioner, but good for an occassional pep!
