When this works for my hair, i get close to my beautiful hair potential- soft, moist and healthy looking. The problem is it's so tempermental. I can get weird flaky hair using this by its self at times. I seriously need a video tutorial of do's and don'ts with this. It loses a star and a half for all that.

I was okay with this product. It did make my curls pop but my hair felt kind of crunchy. I only used it once so I will keep using it. I may have used too much.. It smells great and I plan to see how it goes

I got this as a gift with my purchase. I really love it. I used the Eden's peppermint hair milk, then this pudding soufflé, then I sealed with coconut oil and then used As I am curling jelly. My curls remained soft, even after my hair was dry. My curls will very much defined. I noticed little to no frizz after day 2. In the morning I only refresh my curls by spraying with water.
I will definitely buy this product again.

I got this free with my order. Whenever I look for a hair product one of my concerns is the smell. I am so happy that these products don't leave me with a headache from an overbearing scent. So far I have used it to pull my hair into a ponytail but I know I would love it for a braid out. I think this could be a staple in my regimen. I would buy everything from this line. If only there was a coconut shea shampoo...

I absolutely love this souffle! The texture reminds me of vanilla pudding, and it spreads very easily onto the hair. When used in conjunction with the Coconut Shea Leave In Conditioner (as suggested on the jar) or the Peppermint Tea Tree Hair Milk, my hair was butter soft. This is a perfect product for fluffy fros, and especially puffs, since it has a softer hold than the curl defining creme. Additionally, this was the perfect medium between the Coconut Shea Leave In and the Curl Defining Creme. Although I love the curl defining creme, it wasnt as easy to spread throughout my hair as the souffle. I use it when I first initially twist my hair, and again when I retwist my hair at night. So this souffle really completed my hair styling regimen.
Additionally, it made my sister's 4a/4b transitioning hair super moisturized and shiny. This is the only other Eden Bodyworks product, other than the Co-wash, that I give full 5 stars to. That's saying something.

Thick texture but doesn't weight my hair down. I have moderately fine hair, and even though this is pretty heavy, as my hair dries it just seems to keep it soft and moisturized. Plus it smells awesome!

I received this as a free gift with purchase and I love the fact that it works very well with other products. It has a nice smell too!

I like this product, I don't love it, but its a sight better than what I was working with before. It is thick and creamy, with a light smell, it absorbs into the hair instead laying on the hair like some other puddings. What gave me mixed feelings on this product is that I had wonderful curl definition and shine on the front of my hair, but the back was frizzy and the curls dropped. I did little to no manipulation, yet the back of my 1 day old twist out looked like I did it 4 days ago.

I did two strand twist and the results were define and soft. I also used my water bottle along with the Eden's Bodyworks Leave-in. My hair was baby soft. I am really loving this line so far, 4 great products: co-wash, leave-in, souffle and edge control! And the price and size of product you can't beat with a stick!

Like Kai, I took am a sucker for puddings and cremes. First of all Icould not determine whic of the cremes I should get this souffle of the curl defining creme from Eden. Second, when I used this product the first time I too was not overly impressed. I use the L.O.C. method in my moisturizing routine and it left my hair mildly moisturized. Yesterday however I used it for a twisted bantu knot out and I think I will stick with it. I washed my hair with As I Am cleansing cream, condition with Eden, deep conditioned with Eden and lastly placed KBB sweet ambrosia leave in with a little Vatika oil and the souffle and it is wonderful. I have soft definition and hold without any greasy or oily residue.

Type 4 b-c hair:
I'm a sucker for puddings & souffles so you can imagine how excited I was to try this product. Howver I actually didn't find this product to be super moisturizing for my hair. The texture of this souffle` is wonderful in the sense that you can really FEEL the water in this product as soon as you touch it, however that didn't really transfer to my hair. Mind you, I did use this souffle` on TOP of the EDEN BodyWorks Coconut Shea Leave-In Conditioner, & then added the EDEN curl defining cream last, so I guess expected for my hair to feel rediculously soft when it didn't. Then for a smaller section of my hair I used just the souffle` and then added some liquid oils to seal, and still my hair didn't feel super moisturized. I guess my hair just felt normal. I'm determined to make this work because the fact that you get 16 oz. of product for about $9 is a pretty good deal. Though I probably won't purchase this again.
