Love it. It is a thick butter but I can feel that it has water in it. I use it as a sealer because most sealers are too oily for my hair. Because of the green tea this product adds moisture and seals my ends and hairline all in one. It's amazing.

I really liked this as a moisturizer layered under the Type 4 Hair Creme for my two strand twists done on damp hair>>>I don't know if I will repurchase yet but my twist out which was 3/4 days later was pretty defined and shiny. I think I like my Oyin Handmade Whipped Pudding better because I don't need to layer it over anything besides the leave in (Hair dew). I'll try a few more times but as of right now it comes in a close second (mixed with the T4HC) to the Oyin Handmade whipped pudding for me.

This really didn't work for me. It didn't absorb into my hair, and left it feeling hard. It also doesn't work well with many products and it left residue.

Better then I expected. This twist creme is by far best I've used during my natural hair journey so far. As long as the ingredients stay the same & price doesn't take a drastic increase then this will be a HG moisturizer/styler for me. I like how light the scent is, smells a bit like coco butter & a bit fresh (maybe lemon) scent. What I like best is the consistency & texture of this product, its very creamy & thick, not greasy, feels like a luxurious body butter. I used it for a twist out by the time I was done my finger tips were a bit wrinkly from the product & smooth which is proof how moisturizing this product is. I've used it on damp hair & dry hair, both results were the same, except while wet/damp the creme defined my curls slightly. My twist have been in for a few days now & still no need to moisturize. I give this creme 4 out of 5 stars because I wish Curlmart would carry a 16oz of this awesome product.

I bought this product based on the other positive reviews. I have to say that this product was terrible. I have 4a/4b hair, mostly 4b. This dried my hair out and the smell was like chemical paste, pungent chemical paste. I was so sure that I was going to like the MyHoneyChild line that I bought an enormous amount of products without sampling the products. I was anti-petroleum and anti-mineral oil, anti-paraben, so how could you go wrong with a natural line that was pretty much free of those ingredients? There are other considerations, like smell, like whether a product is going to spoil or end up with a sour smell in your hair, whether the product is capable of delivering moisture to your hair. Being paraben free or mineral oil free is only half the battle. Either on the smell factor, meaning I don't want to walk around smelling chemically processed or like paste, or like I dumped a bottle of cheap perfume or body fragance in my hair, most of these companies not delivering the goods, natural or otherwise. I was so sure that I was going to like this product that I bought 32 ounces, two 8 ounce jars and one 16 ounce jar. I used it one time this week and through the other 16 ounces and 8 ounces opened in the garbage. The smell was that bad for me. The chemical paste like smell almost had me gagging. I washed my hair after two days because I could not take the smell anymore, but the scent got into my office sweater, so I was still effected by the smell. I don't understand, because there should be nothing in the ingredient list causing that smell. There was nothing spectacular about the effect of this product. I did not have a fabulous twist out from this product, I got a better twist from just a leave-in conditioner. This product was a lemon. I purchased a lot from the MYHONEYChild line because I liked the ingredient list. Pretty much a mini store. I have tons of conditioners, tons of stylers. This is my first review of any of there products. For me there are two categories, does the productwork, does it moisturizers or do what it claims it will do, and the other is smell. I don't want a product line that is competing with any fragance I might want to wear. I want to have fabulous hair and I don't want to stink. I should be able to have both!!!!!!!

Now, I was in the market to try a different product. I do have my tried and true's but I wanted to branch off a try something new. Typically when a product has rave reviews or everyones like it, for some odd reason I end up not liking the product. So on a whim I decided to purchase this product and give this one a try. Once this arrived, I quickly opened the jar and took a whiff to see what it smells like. This product has a light, sweet smell that's very subtle. The texture is also quite different. It's thick; but creamy at the same time.I quickly washed my hair; as I was eager to use this product. I applied the product in sections on wet hair (on top of my leave-in), and braided my hair down. I also sat under a hooded dryer, so my hair would be dry for the following morning. When I looked at my hair the next morning (while still in braids), I noticed that my braids was extremely shiny and SOFT. (Now, my hair has a shine to it already, but this product enhanced the shine that I already have). Once I took the braids down, my hair was extremely defined and Can I say that I my hair was extremely shiny. I was definitely pleased with the results, but the true test would be, how would my hair hold up after a long day? Would my hair dry out? Would it get frizzy? When I got home, I looked in the mirror and my hair looked the exact same way as it did in the morning before I left. My hair was still soft and it did NOT frizz out as the day went on.--Even my husband noticed that my hair looked different than usual-- Needless to say, I HAVE FOUND A NEW LOVE. I am definitely happy that I gave this product a try. This is DEFINITELY a keeper.

This works really well to hold and moisturize my two strand twists and twist out styles. It helps elongate my two strand twists too. I use this in combination with the Oyin burnt sugar pomade to seal the ends of my twists. Only bad thing was it did leave a white residue in my hair, but I think I may have used too much, plus it disappeared when my hair dried. Still a definite keeper!

I absolutely love this creme!! I didn't think I would like it, but it makes my hair feel so soft and moisturized. It is the first product that I have used in the 3 years I have been natural that has given me THE BEST twistout :)

Hmmm... it actually wasn't bad at all for my hair, and is a very good product. When I woke up the next morning after doing a twist out, my hair wsa still very soft. However, I did find something else better for my hair and cheaper, so if anyone wants some Twist Out cream, as well as the Buttery Soy cream and the Afrikoko Silky Hair Lotion email me and let me know and I will give you all three for only $20. Each one individually run about $18. My email is cricket5144@hotmail.com.

I love love love love this product for my twist outs. It leaves my hair very soft with a lot of weight so it's very, very moveable. This product is a must if you do twist outs

Great hair cream. It's very rich and creamy so it acts like a conditioner while helping your twists make crisply defined curls/waves that actually hold. Hair is not left dry or greasy at all, just soft, curly and manageable. I just wish it came in a bigger tub for a little less money.
